AVOCADO SALAD: NICE AND LIGHT, CLEAN AND COOL
Here is a nice and easy salad for your dinner tonight or any meal this week. It has been pretty warm these few days. So keep your ovens off and make a nice salad, the project: CLEAN FOOD way. Check out our avocado salad!
*Two Whole Avocados (chopped)
*Two Heirloom tomatoes (cut in disc shape)
*Goat Cheese (about 6-8 disc shaped cut)
*Shaved almonds or pine nuts (Half-cup)
*Romaine Lettuce (3-4 leaves per person)
*Fresh Cilantro or Basil (Half-cup)
*Red Onions (Half-cup)
(If you want, add some olives)
Dressing: Fresh lemon zest, Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegarette
Serves: Two
Preparation: 10 minutes
