
Many of us love to have fun when we eat. And it is essential to have a balanced diet that is easy incorporate and simple enough that it does not put pressure on us. However, when we are coming from a world of limited understanding about particular diets and eating patterns of the sort, setting a discipline is not only essential, but also a must in order to experience the radiant health and healing that may be desired, or even needed.
So if you are starting to eat more fruits and vegetables--for example--you should create an entire lifestyle and schedule around it: time to eat, what you eat, how often you eat, etc. You have to be able to grasp something firmly and bring it into your life fully until you thoroughly understand the purpose of that. You have to discipline yourself to attain the set goal until you become liberated enough that you understand the purpose of that discipline itself; this usually happens after some time.
