project: CLEAN FOOD's HeaTHy LeSSon oF tHe DaY || DISCIPLINE BREEDS MASTERY


Many of us love to have fun when we eat. And it is essential to have a balanced diet that is easy incorporate and simple enough that it does not put pressure on us. However, when we are coming from a world of limited understanding about particular diets and eating patterns of the sort, setting a discipline is not only essential, but also a must in order to experience the radiant health and healing that may be desired, or even needed.

So if you are starting to eat more fruits and vegetables--for example--you should create an entire lifestyle and schedule around it: time to eat, what you eat, how often you eat, etc. You have to be able to grasp something firmly and bring it into your life fully until you thoroughly understand the purpose of that. You have to discipline yourself to attain the set goal until you become liberated enough that you understand the purpose of that discipline itself; this usually happens after some time.

So if you are going through a transition into diet of more fruits and vegetables or maybe you are starting to embrace a particular diet or routine that is geared towards healing, rejuvenation and transformation, give it time. There is no particular set time, as everyone's body and mind is unique in its nature. However, the more devoted you are to the diet and routine itself, the more likely you are to bond firmly and adamantly to that diet. After adhering to that discipline for some time, you will realize that it becomes less like a chore, and potentially more enjoyable and fun all around! And if or when you decide to let go of that discipline (after mastering it), you may become liberated from that; it then becomes something that you could do just for the sake of the action itself. Imagine eating fruits and vegetables (and all else that makes you feel good) for the sake of eating the food itself: and not because it confers some benefit, but because you love it! Then you become a real CLEAN FOODIE...

Discipline breeds mastery. The lesson has just been delivered...
