One of the main reasons many of us have a challenging time maintaining, transitioning, or even starting new diets is because of the strong attachments we have to the old diet and the lifestyle that came with that diet. When you begin to make some subtle changes in the eating habits, life habits and routines eventually synchronize to that change on some level that is suitable for the individual. But in order to fully make any sort of change, you have to be willing to let go of the old completely and make a grand entrance into that new form and mold of you that you wish to step into.
There is no diet that is right or wrong (per se). The diet that is right for you is the one that makes you feel good every single day; it is the diet that allows for you to feel vibrant, abundant and free everyday you roll out of bed and take a fresh breath into your beautiful system. That said, you have to be willing to leave behind that which may be hindering you. So if too much meat, dairy or starchy foods make you feel heavy, stagnant and lacking energy, you have to change things up a bit and find some balance. And same goes for the other side of the coin; if too much green juice, kale salads and smoothies make you feel hungry all the time, critical of your weight or having too much energy that you don't know what to do with, you have to change things up a bit and find some balance.

You don't need excess of any vitamin. You don't need excess of any particular nutrient or mineral. Your body is always in the process of balancing, rebalancing and balancing everything: yes everything in your system. Just eat simply. Eat pure foods. Love and enjoy what you eat. And then, just be happy!
That's it! Dare I say it again...
Just. Be. Happy.
...are you eating CLEAN FOOD...
