Keepin' it strong today after a sweaty yoga class! Green smoothie time! It's how I stay focused and clear while movin' and shakin' here in NYC!
It was so easy to digest and super yummy to consume. It was definitely my little reminder that I don't need much food to keep my body healthy, and adequately sustained.
