I'd like to think that we all speak kindly and nicely to ourselves on a daily basis. However, it is very challenging to actually do this. We oftentimes say so many negative things to ourselves and about ourselves. And unfortunately, these things have a tendency to affect the entire thread and fabric of our lives. Simply put: what we say to ourselves, we become exactly that. So if we find that we are always saying things like, "I'm so stupid" or "I hate myself" or "I'll never be good at this", we start to believe these things: and they become a part and parcel of everything that we do, and don't do. These things have the potential to act as mantras that can negatively affect our entire lifestyle. But no more shall we do this! Today is the day to change that old mantra of negativity and move towards a more positive mantra that uplifts, motivates and inspires us.
Here are ten wonderful things we ought to be saying to ourselves on a daily basis. In the beginning, it may feel inauthentic and false: it might even feel like a lie. But just know that in order to bring the negative back to the positive, we must break through all sorts of old beliefs and thought patterns. We must teach ourselves about our own ability to connect to that abundantly positive nature of Self.

2. I am smart and intelligent, and capable of learning anything
3. I am a master of creativity
4. I am a strong and grounded person
5. I have the strong will power to complete any task, deed or project that I wish
6. I am an honest and truthful person
7. I am a patient, loving and compassionate person
8. I am capable of having good, strong habits
9. I am a builder of my own environment and my own reality
10. I am successful in all that I do
Say them over and over until you know them. Then say them over and over until you feel them resonating with your being. Then, say them over and over until you live it and express it, and in every fabric of your life.
